Job Description:
River Fresh Farms is a major produce company based in Salinas, CA. We are a grower, shipper and packer, of a variety of crops, that sells to top national supermarkets, major wholesalers, and food service companies.
We have an immediate opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join us in our Salinas, CA offices.
As the executive assistant, you will manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the executive offices, oversee various administrative responsibilities and represent organization to internal and external constituencies.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3- 5 years in an Administrative/Executive Assistant role
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree a plus
- Microsoft Office Suites required: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-pace environment
