Based in Vernon, CA, we’re Nature’s Produce and we distribute the finest product that Mother Nature has to offer. As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking Order Pullers to help us keep up with demand for our products and service for our customers.
In this position you will prepare and complete orders for delivery (load, pack, wrap, label). You need to be able to accurately count freight and follow a load plan for containers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works safely at all times and follows all established safety guidelines and procedures
- Loads and unloads trucks
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, jacks, etc.
- Moves products from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas
- Breakdown and restacks product from pallets
- Assists in counting physical inventory
- Maintains a clean and sanitary operating environment
- Performs other duties as required or requested by management
Physical Requirements:
- Able to work prolonged periods of time in an environment with fluctuating temperature ranges
- Able to stand prolonged periods of time
- Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- Available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends & holidays
