The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and will be highly motivated. They will be passionate about the agriculture industry and will be well connected to the Central California grower community.
Grower recruitment professionals will be technically competent and capable of communicating the economic benefits of growing tomatoes versus alternative crops.
Candidates must have the confidence to reach out to prospective growers, including those that grow for other tomato processors and to growers that have never grown tomatoes.
