Job Description:
Veg-Land, Inc. is currently looking for an organized, detailed, and driven individual to join our produce team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. This position will be working in the warehouse located in Fullerton, CA.
Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the Quality Control program for Veg-Land, Inc.

Follow USDA grading standards on incoming products and assist receivers on inspection process.

Inspect inbound product and document product condition.

Write inspection reports on products that fail USDA #1 standards and compliment with pictures.

Review and analyze work being done in production room and inspect final outgoing product before shipping.

Ensure standards and safety regulations are observed.
Qualifications
-
2 years’ experience in QA or related positions.

Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

Knowledge of USDA standards and several crops.

Able to analyze data and statistics and translate results into better solutions.

Bilingual English/Spanish

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Posses strong attention to detail.
