We are a Latin American conglomerate, operating a distribution center of fresh produce and premium frozen food products with a strong focus on tropical and ethnic foods, including frozen fruits, vegetables, and ready-to-eat items. With facilities and sourcing partners across Latin America, our mission is to bring high-quality frozen solutions to foodservice, retail, and institutional clients across Texas and beyond.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Frozen Products Sales Manager to lead and expand our frozen category sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B food sales, experience with frozen logistics, food service and retail accounts, and deep knowledge of tropical, ethnic, and specialty frozen products out of avocados, plantains, bananas, yuca, roots, fruits and vegetables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of frozen product lines to distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and foodservice customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across ethnic markets, institutions, and regional/national chains.
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop annual sales plans, forecasts, and promotional strategies for the frozen category.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform sales tactics.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability and delivery timelines.
  • Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and regional events to represent the brand and promote product lines.
  • Report on KPIs, account performance, and sales pipeline to company leadership.
  • Management of SAP for invoicing, sales orders, claims and inventory assessment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum +8 years of sales experience in the frozen food industry.
  • Knowledge of the produce industry is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of frozen logistics, cold chain handling, and food safety standards.
  • Existing relationships with retailers, wholesalers, or foodservice buyers in Texas is a strong plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
  • Excellent negotiation and management skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Texas and occasionally nationally/internationally.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM, SAP and supply chain management software.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary (Annual):

  • Range: 100,000 - $110,000 USD
  • Based on experience in frozen foods sales, leadership skills, and network in ethnic/specialty retail, wholesale, and foodservice channels.
  • + Commission Structure
