What You’ll Do
- Lead & Empower: Build, mentor, and motivate a results-driven team.
- Strategize & Execute: Create long-term sourcing programs that balance cost, reliability, and quality.
- Strengthen Partnerships: Deepen grower relationships and expand supplier networks.
- Drive Efficiency: Optimize flow, reduce waste, and enhance profitability.
- Champion Quality: Ensure every shipment meets top-tier standards.
- Problem Solve Fast: Resolve supplier issues with speed and precision.
- Scale for Growth: Expand programs and capabilities across North America.
What You Bring
- 7–10+ years in procurement or ag supply chain (Root Veg experience preferred).
- Proven leadership success in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Strong negotiation, financial, and relationship management skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel across North America.
