Job Description:
Bonipak Produce Co. is looking for a Harvest Manager to direct all Harvest Activities in both Yuma, AZ and Santa Maria, CA.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Directs and coordinates activities such as: Harvest Estimates, Timing, Quality, Supplies, Budgets.
- Records information, such as Quality, Supply, Timing, Yield
- Analyzes plant growth and reports crop status and/or crop recommendations.
- Inspects equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Inspects fields to determine maturity dates of crops to estimate harvest timing and quantity.
- Enforces safety regulations and ensures policies are followed.
- Evaluates financial statements and makes budget proposals.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Ability to perform other related duties as assigned.
Education:
- Combination of education, training, and applied knowledge in Vegetable Production.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Vegetable Production, 5 years +
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Business or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to organize multiple priorities and projects to achieve expected business results.
- Ability to lead, develop, and manage people.
- Valid CA Driver’s License with clean driving record.
- Unrestricted work ability in the U.S.
- Ability to comprehend, read, write, and communicate proficiently in English and interact with all levels of personnel in the organization.
