Our philosophy at Legacy Farms is to provide better service than anyone else. Legacy Farms currently operates out of a 100,000 sq. ft. state of the art distribution center in Buena Park, CA. With 28 doors and 11 trucks, Legacy Farms Transportation runs over 50 trucks per day. We are currently searching for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our busy distribution center in Buena Park. This position will be responsible for maintaining inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items, as well as supervising staff. We’re looking for an experienced produce warehouse supervisor with sound leadership skills and general warehouse supervisory experience. We are a seasoned and dedicated team and we look forward to hearing from qualified candidates who would like to join us.
• Fresh produce experience and knowledge. • Fresh produce packing experience. • Warehouse supervisory experience. • Bilingual in Spanish and English, oral and written. • Able to work in cold warehouse environment. • Able to lift 50-60 lbs, bending, stooping, lifting. • Experienced and certified forklift and pallet jack operator.
• Maintain inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items; securing warehouse; supervising staff. • Direct all cold storage warehouse operations including shipping/receiving, inventory control and supervision of forklift drivers and shipping, receiving & cooling staff. • Ensure the safe and efficient receipt of product from the production line and outside sources with proper recording of quantities and weights. • Supervise the distribution of product, operating within a reasonable first in, first out process while maintaining superior levels of service for our customers. • Ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations. • Select, stage, and oversee final quality on customer orders.
