Vaughan Foods, Inc., the premier pre-cut vegetable and fruit processor based in Moore, OK is looking for a Territory Sales Manager for the state of Texas to support our growing company and product line.
We're looking for someone who is highly motivated and energized to take on this important role. If you are a self-starter with at least three to five years of produce sales experience in retail/and or food service, then we would like to hear from you. It is crucial that candidates who apply for this position can demonstrate a proven track record of generating new business with established business relationships. In addition, this opportunity requires extensive travel within the state of Texas.

Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of Produce Sales experience
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Innate understanding of the sales process
- Excellent communications skills - written, verbal and interpersonal
- Strong work ethic, goal oriented with the ability to take initiative
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead Generation
- Sales and Revenue Generation
- Grow business opportunities with existing and new customers
- Maximize current accounts to achieve volume, revenue, and growth targets
- Provide professional customer service in a fast paced environment
- Pricing, competitive analysis, negotiations, up to date product knowledge, sales tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Work closely with teammates to support company goals and objectives
