Job Description: 

Paradise Produce is owned and operated by Elaine Anders and will be celebrating 23 years in business March 2017, proudly serving Dallas Ft worth area. We are currently seeking an Accounts Manager of Produce Sales in Dallas Ft Worth area as well as Oklahoma and Louisiana, This unique salaried exempt position sells produce in various forms to national wholesale, retail, and food service customers.

Requirements: 
  • 3-5 years Produce Sales Experience with existing book of business.
  • Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, team player, persuasive, strategic thinker, one who knows how to apply sound business fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Internet and Word.
  • Texas Drivers license is required, this position requires a dependable and reliable work ethic with strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Daily sales activities include phone sales and posting orders, manage pricing/inventories, communication with shipping, sales offices, and manage promotional programs.
  • Manages assigned Foodservice Retail Customer Accounts achieving average price and volume targets.
  • Utilizes team building and communication skills to create strong department and company-wide relationships.
  • Provides professional customer service.
  • Works in partnership with our production, procurement and quality teams to maintain our current customer base.
  • Expert proficiency in company systems
  • Accounts Receivable for all assigned customers with a goal of <1 % over 30-days.
  • Intricate player in the continue growth and development of our division's profitable product
  • offerings.
  • Constantly strives to develop s ills-set necessary to meet department, and company strategic goals.
  • Represents Paradise Produce in an ethical and business-like professional manner in all interactions with co-workers, suppliers, customers, and the business community at large.
  • Attends trade shows and customer functions as necessary.
  • Analyzes customer product mi to maintain and achieve maximum profits.
  • Performs other duties as instructed by supervisor.
  • Limited travel of 10% may be required depending on operational needs.
  • Bi lingual is a big plus.
