We are currently conducting a search for an individual who will assist and manage the fresh and foods division’s marketing channel communication plans, programs and promotional activities to meet objectives and to support the various business units.
This person will create and manage marketing materials, coordinate industry and customer tradeshows with sales staff, manage design of carton, packaging, graphics, manage merchandising and promotional items, assist sales management with communications plans, provide research to sales staff utilizing demographic tools, identifying trends, opportunities for key customers and other duties as required/assigned.
Degree preferred or a combination of education and work experience that provides for the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job functions, a minimum of ten+ years’ experience in a marketing position, preferably in the food industry (produce is a plus), ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, excellent PC skills, particularly in graphics, demonstrated ability to anticipate and resolve problems/issues, proactively meet challenges and achieve solutions through collaboration with sales and marketing staff.
