We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to add to our growing team as an Operations Associate. This position will expand our operations capabilities and help further serve our customers and grow our business.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
Skills:
- 2+ years’ experience managing people and leading small teams, preferably in a warehouse or driver situation.
- Experience w/ managing CDL requirements for a small truck fleet. License renewals, medical cards, CDL’s, other paperwork.
- Fluent in Speaking Spanish
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in purchasing and inventory management. Demonstrated ability to think critically and quickly in a high paced, dynamic environment.
- 3+ years’ experience working within an ERP system. Able to perform and excel at the following tasks:
- Purchase orders, transfers, credits, sales orders, cycle counts, overall inventory health analysis.
- 2+ years’ experience using Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- 2+ years’ experience managing various facilities tasks. Negotiating contracts for office cleaners, uniform service, landscaping, building maintenance projects, etc.
- 1+ years’ experience routing small truck fleets for maximum efficiency. Routing trucks and scheduling in house drivers to maximize customer satisfaction while balancing costs and efficiencies.
- Fluent in Reading, Writing, Speaking English
