Job Description:
Anthony Vineyards is seeking an individual to assist in managing cold storage operations and facility management. The successful candidate will be a valued member of our team who will supervise receiving, shipping, inventory control, maintenance, safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Ensure employees are loading trucks in a timely manner.
- Pre-stage on the dock as necessary.
- Oversee receiving and cooling functions to ensure smooth operational flow and department guidelines are followed.
- Cold Room Inventory: Maximize product arrangement space in the dry and cold rooms.
- Customer Contact: Ensure that customers and drivers are treated respectfully; and communication between departments is constant.
- Coordinate with maintenance department on facility service requirements. Ensure that the facility is kept clean and well maintained.
- Ensure that all forklift personnel complete the daily safety checklists prior shift start.
- Monitor that employees are following safety and food safety regulations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.

5-7 years hands-on produce experience.

Previous experience managing a team is preferred.

Spanish speaking is a plus.

Famous Software experience preferred.

Strong computer literacy, IT knowledge a PLUS.

Refrigeration troubleshooting skills.
