Job Description:
We are a growing organization looking for a high achieving, self-directed individual as our Transportation Manager to lead and manage our fleet of drivers. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, direction, and coordination of our transportation operations, based in Florida.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.Bachelors degree preferred.

Minimum 2-3 years driver or supervisory experience.

Bilingual-English/Spanish (both written and oral).
Responsibilities & Duties:

Proactive involvement in identifying, planning, and maintaining staffing levels.

Monitor performance of drivers and take appropriate actions to improve efficiency, as well astake corrective actions as necessary.

Insure all driver manifests, BOL’s, etc. are properly completed.

Oversee loading and routing of all drivers.

Maintain appropriate service records on all vehicles and insure proper maintenance routines are properly followed.
