Job Description:
As a Floral Associate you will provide support as a member of our growing Floral Team. This includes bouquet production and arrangement, maintaining accurate inventory, receiving product, and triaging product for daily fulfillment.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist in bouquet production and arrangement
- Ensure inventory accuracy (backstock and frontstock)
- Prepare product for daily fulfillment
- Assist in production runs to the Flower Market
- Receive product and materials into the hub and internal systems
- Stow and organize on-hand product and materials
- Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.

- Ability to use standard warehousing and floral tools/equipment

- General understanding of how to use gmail / Google calendar or equivalent
- General understanding of how to use spreadsheets such as Excel / Google Numbers
- General understanding of how to use standard computer operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, Chrome / Lynx
- General understanding of how to use tablets / smart phones
- General understanding of how to use printers, bar-code scanners
- Ability to use internal software after training
Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

2 or more years of warehousing experience or work in one of the following areas (farming, farmer's markets, restaurant, or grocery)

Previous floral experience

Experience as a lead or supervisor is a plus
