Job Description:
You will serve as the site Safety, Health and Environmental & Quality Advisor to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and local/state/federal regulations. The individual must possess a strong working knowledge of SHE programs and must be an energetic, people oriented, well-organized and motivated professional.

Requirements:

BS degree or experience in related field (5 years) with emphasis in industrial safety, environmental reporting and process analysis

Proficient in MS Office

Knowledge of ISO standards

Must have written and oral proficiency in the English language

Ability to walk, stand, or sit for a minimum of 8 hours per day
Responsibilities & Duties:
Coordinate SHE Programs
- Oversee development, implementation and coordination of site SHE programs
- Manages PTW and JHA program
- Implement components of SHE Management System, ensuring compliance of requirements
- Manage the SHEQ quarterly reports
- Monitor and report SHE performance metrics
- Oversee incident investigation process and assist in the implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Primary Intelex administrator to update accident and incident reports
- Serve as the Safety, Health and Environmental Advisor for site to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and local/state/federal regulations
- Enhance site safety culture and implement behavior safety process as part of the employee driven safety initiative to prevent employee and contractor injuries
- Manage air permit compliance including submission of permit modifications to regulatory agencies
- Maintain OSHA recordkeeping documentation
Quality & ISO Programs
- Oversee and implement ISO programs
- Manage INCOTEC DCT (Deviation Control Team) and process of customer settlement resolution
