We process and pack a large amount of fresh produce for high-end and discount chain stores as well as foodservice and manufacturing accounts.
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Cleveland, OH.
About You: You are an HR Specialist who gets excited about enhancing your company’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs and practices. You’re now ready to take your human resources experience and talents to work in a growing company, where you will make a difference with employees, work safety, communication, labor contracting, and have a fun working environment. You will also have the people skills necessary to foster an environment which supports teamwork, continuous improvement and innovation.

Strong leadership ability

Minimum of 2 years successful leadership of an HR department for a mid-sized company

Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Must have PHR Certification

Thorough knowledge of Ohio and federal employment law

Extensive experience processing payroll
- Must have flexible schedule and be adaptable to change
- Willing to work with others toward the achievement of goals
