Job Description:
Responsible for providing both Functional and Corporate finance support. This individual will report to the Senior Financial Analyst and be responsible for generating and delivering timely and accurate reports of actual results and forecast projections. These reports will be used by Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, NBD and Finance management to make informed business decisions.

Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of financial planning, analysis, and reporting experience in a multinational organization
- Prior experience in corporate financial planning and analysis is highly desirable
- Accounting/GAAP knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel & Access)
- Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with Power BI, and/or any other database management tool a plus
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
- English and Spanish desirable
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Report NatureSweet’s financial status by preparing and analyzing financial plans, forecasts, and reports
- Analyzes financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data; recommending actions
- Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data
- Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions
- Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of Product Catalog
- Assist with the assembly of data necessary to complete the financial Outlook (OL)
