Altar Produce is a family owned and operated business with almost 60 years of experience, dating back to 1955. Staring off with 20 acres and packing asparagus under the shade of a tree, we have become the world’s largest grower and shipper with over 29,000 acres of green asparagus in Mexico. We have since expanded our vision and added other commodities to our offerings; green onion, cilantro, and spinach.

We currently have an opportunity for an IT Technician to join our team in our Calexico, CA facility.
Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in any of the following:
- Computer science
- Information Technology
- Information Technology Management
- Computer Engineering
- Bilingual a plus
- 2+ year experience
- Communication
- Analytical
- Problem-Solving
- Computer literacy
- Time management
Responsibilities:
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
- Implement security measures
- Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
