Job description

ABOUT NOURSE FARMS
For more than 90 years, Nourse Farms has helped growers succeed with premium small fruit plants, trusted expertise, and exceptional service. From its roots as a local strawberry nursery, the company has grown into an internationally recognized operation serving commercial growers across the U.S. and beyond.

This is an especially exciting time to join Nourse Farms. The company is investing in its business, expanding its capabilities and geographic reach, and building for its next chapter of growth. Advanced growing techniques, ongoing variety trials, and expanding nursery operations in Massachusetts, Washington, and North Carolina reflect an ambitious, future-focused organization with the resources and appetite to move forward.

Just as important, Nourse Farms offers the energy of an entrepreneurial business and the connection of a close-knit team. Based in a beautiful part of the country, it is a place where leaders can know the people behind work, see the results of their decisions, and make a lasting impact for customers, employees, and the business.
