A US based, global fresh produce company are looking for a new Sales Manager to help drive the next phase of growth.
With a global network that includes sales and procurement capability in USA, Canada, Peru, Chile, Africa, Europe and Asia, we are seeking an experienced industry professional to join our team to focus on Fresh Berries/Citrus/Grapes in the US domestic market, imported from multiple global origins.
You will need to bring your existing network to these roles to combine with our current capability, with a focus on both our existing customer base and the development of new channels and customers.
You must have 3- 5 years of fresh produce experience in a sales role, with any retail experience especially valuable.
Our company has a very flexible working style, with a 100% remote working model. Our sales team are supported but not micro-managed, so self-motivation and a drive to make money is important.
Renumeration is negotiable for the right person including potential commission structures. Our focus is on the results, not the hours worked or the location you are working from.
