A US based global fresh produce company is seeking an experienced candidate to join us in 2024 to help drive our next phase of growth in the US market.
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team to focus on items that complement our existing Avocado business. Working on both a brokered basis and sourcing from multiple import origins.
You will need an existing sales and supply network for this role to combine with our current capability, with a focus on building something new that complements our existing customer/product base. You will be supported but also given the freedom to build the business, and a potential team around you, to make this a success.
You must have 3+ years of fresh produce sales experience, ideally in a trading/brokering type role.
Our company has a 100% remote working model. Our sales team are not micro-managed, so self-motivation and a drive to make money is important. Our focus is on the results, not the hours worked or the location you are working from.
An unlimited commission structure is offered for this position.
