Job Description:
This role is responsible for developing and leading strategies that will enable the Andy Boy brand to expand its presence in the retail, food service and wholesale marketplaces.

- Responsible for understanding and developing strategies to maintain the relevance of the Andy Boy brand in the retail, foodservice and wholesale marketplaces
- Coordinates communication between D’Arrigo California and Andy Boy customers to provide value added services to the accounts
- Guides daily pricing strategies for the sales team on our Andy Boy product lines
- Leads the development of a distribution strategy within the retail, food service and wholesale marketplaces to enhance our brand by offering, not only line extensions, but additional services to become more of a solution for our partners
- Forecasts the needs of our retail, foodservice and wholesale partners to better plan, internally, the commodity need of these segments
- Interacts with the company’s leadership team in directing our overall business growth and development for both short- and long-term success
- Works together with the business leadership team in developing strategies to increase overall business profitability
- Leads joint business planning discussions with our top retail, foodservice and wholesale partners
- Responsible to guide the assimilation of data and create a template that we can use for future discussions
- Develops strategies that will focus on guiding customer development within our core business partnerships
- Reviews and tracks compliance of contracts
- Mentors and guides our sales professionals
- Facilitates customer interaction via customer visits to our facilities or trips to their headquarters
- This is a leadership position that, in collaboration with departmental management, is responsible for budgeting, conducting presentations, developing department policies, verifying sales department non-exempt timecards and approving time off
- Works with the Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development and the Director of Business Development to establish a Sales Wants List
- Accountable for recruitment and performance management of department team members
- Consistent attendance is mandatory
- Other job duties as assigned
Additional functions:
- Participates in industry conferences (food shows) and travel as necessary
Compensation/Salary:
$180,000- $235,000
