Job Description:
- Must be able to manage multiple buildings food safety programs concurrently.
- Needs to be familiar with USDA Harmonized GAP+.3. Needs to be familiar with Primus GFSI.
- Must be able to Schedule and Host Third Party Audits.
- Must be Willing to Mix Chemicals and train others how to Mix Chemicals.
- Working Knowledge of Azzule Systems.
- Must Communicate with each location on supplies needed to maintain our Food Safety Program.
- Knowledgeable in Current Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Must be willing to take water samples from Field.
- Must be able to perform Mock Recalls.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Must be able to Travel in the spring, summer, and fall.
PREFERRED TRAINING:
- Preventive Control Qualified Individual.
- Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
- Foreign Supplier Varication Program.
- Produce Safety Rule.
