Mack Farms, Inc. is a well- established grower/shipper located in Lake Wales, Florida. We specialize in new crop fresh potatoes, watermelons and onions, custom packed and distributed to a diverse base of top retailers, wholesalers and food service clients.
We are seeking a Lead Warehouse Supervisor as we continue to grow and expand. We value your ability to think independently, to lead, and to inspire others by example.

Requirements:
- A strong work ethic with good people skills.
- A hands-on ability to lead and train others.
- 2 years- experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Operations supervisory knowledge.
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is very beneficial.
Responsibilities & Duties:
The lead supervisor’s responsibilities include production line scheduling, staffing and oversight, equipment operation and troubleshooting, materials management, sanitation and food safety GMP’s, quality of finished goods, and other important tasks in a fast paced but friendly environment.
