Job description
Gulf Coast Produce Distributors is an established, legacy wholesale produce house along the Interstate 10 corridor. We are seeking an experienced full time Night Operations Manager in Biloxi, MS.
Expectations:
- Qualified candidate will have 3 years or more relevant produce distribution experience.
- Will work with a crew of 8 plus a lead supervisor nightly loading 25,000 packages weekly onto 27 routes across our area of operations.
- Experience in Produce Pro and/or technology related to warehouse management systems is a big plus.
- Forklift and electric pallet jack experience necessary to successfully execute job duties.
- Internal communication with upper management and ability to motivate, train, and coach hourly staff is a pre-requisite.
This is a perfect job for both an experienced Night Shift Manager or an up and comer in the industry with a track record of success.
