Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Loader / Packer and become a vital part of our logistics operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading, unloading, packing, and preparing goods for shipment while maintaining high safety standards. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth warehouse distribution and timely order fulfillment. This position offers a fast-paced environment where your skills in materials handling and equipment operation will shine, contributing directly to our customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Duties

• Safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload shipments with precision.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping .
• Conduct manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and stacking to ensure proper storage and order accuracy.
• Assist in shipping & receiving processes by verifying incoming goods against purchase orders and preparing outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and following safety procedures consistently.
• Must be Reliable, Responsible and Punctual!

Requirements

• Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or order pickers; certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment processes.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail for quality control, order picking accuracy, and stock organization.
