A.Oseguera Company is hiring an H-2A Compliance Coordinator for its farming operations.
This position will be responsible for monitoring the company’s compliance with the Immigration & Nationality Act and the H-2A’s Implementing Regulations.
Work with various departments within the organization to coordinate compliance efforts for employee housing, meals, transportation, payroll, and employee health and safety procedures.
This position will also assist with drafting and implementing the material terms of the H-2A job order and related policies and procedures.
Position location: Salinas, California with the ability to travel to various work and housing sites in California and Arizona.
Must have 5 years of experience working with the H-2A program.
