We are currently looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Vernon, CA.
As a Data Entry Clerk you will perform a variety of customer service duties necessary for our company to run efficiently. You are responsible for providing support to the Sales & Purchasing staff, President, Controller, and Warehouse Manager.

Requirements:
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Type accurately 35 words per minute.
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office tools.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Some knowledge and understanding of GMPs, HACCP, Allergen Awareness & Quality/Hold procedures.
- Some knowledge and understanding SQF Overview.
- Some knowledge and understanding of Management Commitment.
- Some knowledge and understanding of Food Safety Policy Statement.
- Some knowledge and understanding to report any Food Safety issues.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Data entry/Invoicing in Excel, Google Spreadsheets and Famous
- Organizing clients’ orders every week
- Coordinating orders with the warehouse
- Creating weekly client reports
- Communicating with clients on a daily basis
- Preparing USDA certifications for international orders
- Maintaining paperwork from the warehouse
- Answer multi-line telephone system to assist with sales inquiries and directing calls to appropriate staff.
- Take down customer information in order to process order.
- Assist with sales to maintain and acquire new customers by telephone, in-person or by other established procedures from sales and marketing department.
- Perform tasks such as scanning, and filing.
- Work with and support sales/marketing, operations and staff members.
- Assist with new projects as they become available.
- Customer service duties as needed.
