Job Description:

Food Safety Requirements:

Some knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, Allergen Awareness & Quality/Hold procedures

Knowledge and understanding to report any Food Safety issues
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling and sorting using hands
- Report defective product or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed food safety regulations
- Make boxes and places finished bags into boxes, which are then placed on pallets
- Break down cardboard for recycling
- Perform other related duties as required by supervision
