Regional Sales Manager

Territory: Ohio, Michigan, Western Pennsylvania & West Virginia

Life Extension is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive wholesale business growth throughout an assigned territory. This role is responsible for expanding and strengthening Life Extension's presence across retail, practitioner/prescriber, and e-commerce channels through strategic account management, business development, and consultative sales support.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused sales professional with experience in the nutraceutical, supplement, or health and wellness industry who enjoys developing partnerships, uncovering growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer support. As a key representative of the Life Extension brand, you will work closely with wholesale partners to drive sales performance through product education, marketing initiatives, and strategic business planning.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of field sales and account management experience within the nutraceutical industry.
• Experience working with vitamin, supplement, health food, or natural products retailers is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts while successfully developing new business opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and effectively oversee a multi-state territory.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout Ohio, Michigan, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, averaging four or more days per week in the field.
• Willingness to travel by air as needed for trade shows, meetings, training events, and other business-related activities.
