We’re proud to offer an abundant array of fresh produce items cultivated with a commitment to quality and safety. As an integrated operation and distributor of Agrícola AMMEX and Yerevan Farms, we are proud to be involved in every step of the supply chain. Each part of our business works together to bring you quality produce at the peak of freshness. We know our customers are juggling multiple needs and priorities, so we want to make it simple as your one-stop produce solution with the right products, packaging and price.

We are a fast-paced, growth oriented produce company built on strong grower relationships, disciplined execution, and a commitment to customer service. Our team moves quickly, values accountability, and understands the importance of quality, timing, and margin in the perishable industry. We take pride in building long term partnerships while driving profitable growth.

Position Summary

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building new relationships, hunting down prospective customers, and converting opportunities into long term accounts.

The right candidate understands the fast pace of the produce industry, embraces competition, and is confident in prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new business while maintaining strong margins. This is a performance oriented role for someone who is hungry to win and driven to expand market share.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new customer accounts and expand sales within existing accounts.

  • Manage daily pricing, quoting, and order execution while maintaining targeted margins.

  • Monitor market conditions, supply availability, and seasonal trends to proactively drive sales.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, growers, and internal operations teams.

  • Identify opportunities for promotional programs and volume growth.

  • Ensure timely communication regarding product quality, logistics, and order fulfillment.

  • Track performance metrics including sales volume, gross margin, and account receivables.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in produce sales, buying, or related perishable commodities.

  • Strong understanding of produce commodities, seasonality, and market pricing.

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.

  • Self-driven, competitive, and highly organized.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Produce Pro experience a plus).

Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation starting at $100,000+ annually, depending on experience and proven performance.

  • Performance based bonus opportunities tied to sales growth and margin objectives.

  • Medical insurance.

  • 401(k) plan with company participation.

  • Paid time off and company recognized holidays.
