The Western Regional Sales Manager is responsible for implementing a sales strategy designed to achieve yearly sales goals, both short and long range, targeting existing and new customers in the Western Region.

Requirements:
- Over three years of experience in fresh produce sales
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Availability to travel on a frequent basis is a requirement - this is a working sales position
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Building, managing, and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Increasing brand awareness

- Establish and maintain a collaborative working relationship with the sales, customer service, and marketing teams
- Manage key account relationships
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of sales objectives on total sales volume and gross profit
- Identify and execute short and long-term sales objectives, forecasts and strategies
