Job Description:
The Process Safety Management Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining documentation of the Process Safety Management program for multiple locations in the Wenatchee area.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Scheduling and conducting PSM Team meetings and keeping meeting minutes up to date.

Developing and documenting the 14 Elements of Process Safety Management for all of the covered processes.

Develop employee involvement program, tracking and documenting employee participation.

Compiling written Process Safety Information.

Scheduling and conducting Process Hazard Analysis according to required schedules.

Develop, implement, and maintain clearly written, detailed procedures, and practices for the safe operations of refrigeration processes.

Assist in the training program of employees and contractors. Track and document all training.

Conduct and document contractor audits.

Track and document all changes to the process under the Management of change procedure.

Conduct incident investigations of any serious or near misses.

Continue developing and updating the Emergency Response Plans.
Qualifications:
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a good understanding of Ammonia refrigeration systems and all of it components.
- Must have knowledge of Risk Management and Process Safety Management Program guidelines.
- Must pass a medical evaluation and be able to use SCBA.
- A valid Washington State Driver’s License, a good driving record, and own vehicle.
