Job Description:
This position is responsible for supporting sales team with the following tasks:
- Prepare invoices and shipping documents such as export papers and commercial invoices
- Receives and checks customer complaints
- Check shipped orders to ensure they are accurate with regards to quantity shipped
- Maintain all customer maintenance files
- Work in customer portals
- Assist sales team with open aging
- Process claims/rejections
- issue customer statements and payment status
- Assist the accounting department to resolve problems
