About the Role
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for over-seeing the Human Resources Team and all aspects of the Human Resources function to include but not limited to, recruitment & retention, payroll, workers’ compensation, training and development, employee relations and safety.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the operations team in development and leading training programs for new and existing employees
- Developing internal supervisor and managerial talent
- Analyzing attrition and other data points regarding employee base and identifying and implementing solutions in conjunction with and in support of departmental efforts
- Managing accurate data in HRIS (Ulti-pro) system
- Compensation and benefits
- Employment law compliance and leave administration
- Employee relations (for all employees)
- Oversee safety programs and required trainings
- Utilize existing systems as well as develop new tech based platforms to enhance employee experience
- Manage employee benefits programs and track participation
- Lead the charge in development and implementation of employee wellness programs
- Recruitment plan to support growing operation
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 7+ Progressive HR management experience in manufacturing environment
- Enjoy working in fast paced environment
- Desire to be hands on and lead and promote a safe and positive work environment
- Creative problem solver
