Job Description:
Duck Delivery Produce Inc. is seeking top talent for our Warehouse/Operations Manager position in the Sumner, WA area. The ideal candidate will be a leader who will partner with our existing management team to oversee management operations for our distribution warehouse.

Requirements:
- Minimum of two years experience in a warehouse management role (produce experience strongly preferred)
- Ability to work night shift required
- Proven track record of strong logistical efficiency
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent in MS Office Suite
- Experience with foodservice industry and/or specifically produce preferred
Responsibilities & Duties:
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Oversee all shipping and receiving operations during our PM shift
- Communication with management, sales and operations teams regarding PM shift operations
- Ensure GMP guidelines are followed
- Management of supervisors and support personnel
- Management and scheduling of all PM warehouse employees and functions including but not limited to pulling/, checking, loading and routing
