We nave a tremendous opportunity for a Citrus Field Supervisor.
The Citrus Field Supervisor assists the Farm Manager in all aspects of growing activities with the responsibility to plan, implement, and ensure the efficient operation of the farm. This includes collecting and communicating operational data through various reports to the Farm Manager on the condition and quality of the plants, equipment, facilities, and manpower throughout the year.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- 3+ years of experience in a management position
- Clean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license may be required
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time
- Forklift certification per OSHA standards is preferred
