We now have an immediate opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join our team in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

The production manager organizes, directs, and coordinates the production activities to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

The Production Supervisor will be a key member of our production team and monitor and coordinate the production teams' activities, along with giving importance to individual member's and the overall team's achievement of established goals.  You will also be looked to for providing our Team Member's with a safe work environment and beaccountable for Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory (SQDCI. It doesn't end there, you will also be held accountable for all operations assigned on the shift and acting as a liaison between Team Leads and the rest of the organization.

What we can expect from you:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required - a degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field is preferred
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a manufacturing plant, food manufacturing preferred
  • Minimums of five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Proven work experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
  • Working knowledge of various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
  • Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt certification within 12-month span
  • Bilingual (English – Spanish) preferred
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills such as: communication, organization, confidence, respect, fairness, integrity, influence, delegation, facilitator, negotiation, willingness, etc.
