We have an immediate opportunity for a Foodservice Sales Representative to join our team in Clackamas, OR.
This position will be responsible for sales & customer growth, supporting existing programs & contributing to the development of new items & programs. This team member will be coordinating the procurement and sales activities as a part of the CPTC team to ensure product lines are offered to current & potential customers. There will be a focus on addressing the needs and ensuring the satisfaction of both our customers & vendors partners. These activities include assigned customers & vendors as well as internal company team members.
To be considered for this position you will have:
- Two years of outside sales experience in the wholesale produce industry with proven sales record, preferred
- Restaurant management experience is a plus
- Must have an excellent work record with references from current and/or previous employers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Mathematical skills: Use basic arithmetic, algebra and statistics in daily computations and problem solving.
- Intermediate Computer Skills: Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power-Point.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Dependable vehicle with safe driving record and proof of insurance.
- Ability to work flexible hours and days.
- Ability to work in refrigerated warehouse environment.
