Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager at Four Seasons Produce!
Are you passionate about driving business growth, building strong relationships, and making an impact in the produce industry? If so, Four Seasons Produce is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our reach and achieve new heights.

Location: Ephrata, PA (Onsite), with some travel required
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Some weekends required)
What You’ll Do:
- Identify Opportunities: Research, network, and attend industry events to find prospective customers and drive new business.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers at independent retailers, natural food stores, and foodservice wholesalers.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Sales Leaders to enhance account health and identify both short-term and long-term growth strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams such as Operations, Logistics, and Route Planning to ensure alignment on business opportunities and customer needs.
- Market Expansion: Develop strategies for business expansion, targeting new markets and customer segments.
- Customer Experience: Represent the Four Seasons brand, embodying our mission and core values in every interaction, both internally and externally.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 3+ years in a business development role, particularly in food retail and produce wholesale. Leadership or management experience is a plus!
- Industry Connections: Established network of contacts within the fresh produce and retail sectors.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with computer systems.
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
- Travel: Moderate travel required.
