Job Description: 

DNO Produce is a leading provider of fresh, high-quality produce, specializing in value-added, bulk, and commodity offerings. We partner with schools, DOD contracts, foodservice distributors, restaurant chains, and large purchasing groups to deliver freshness, reliability, and service. 

As we expand, we’re seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead growth and customer success. This is a remote role.

Role Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager will drive regional revenue growth by expanding relationships with existing clients and securing new business. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment, excels at building partnerships, and consistently delivers results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed revenue and growth targets
  • Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and delivering added value
  • Prospect and secure new customers (distributors, restaurant chains, purchasing groups)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Partner with internal teams on pricing, promotions, logistics, and product quality
  • Forecast, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies to align with market trends
  • Represent DNO Produce at trade shows, expos, and regional events
  • Travel frequently throughout the territory

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in foodservice, produce distribution, or related commodity business
  • Proven success with foodservice distributors, restaurant chains, or purchasing groups
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic and analytical mindset; comfortable with forecasting, pricing, and margins
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office (Excel), and sales tracking technology
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
