Reports To: Managing Director

ABOUT US
Brothers Produce is a multi-generation, family-founded company that has grown over more than four decades into one of the premier produce distributors in Texas and the broader Gulf region. With three distribution centers and a fleet of 200+ refrigerated trucks, we serve major markets including Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, McAllen, and Southeast Louisiana across foodservice, education, retail, and cold-storage customers. Our mission is simple: “Grown by nature. Driven by safety. Delivered by us.”

As a subsidiary of GrubMarket, Brothers Produce combines deep local roots with the power of a global industry leader. Our team enjoys the best of both worlds: the culture and reputation of a trusted local name, plus the innovation, stability, and career growth that come with being part of one of the fastest-growing food technology companies in the world—recognized on the CNBC Disruptor 50 list for three consecutive years.

We’re committed to traceability, food safety, operational excellence, and exceptional service—and we’re looking for a finance leader who shares those values. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes stock options, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision), a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
