We are looking for a people-oriented, results-driven individual who can exercise initiative and judgment and prioritize to manage our farming operations under minimal supervision. The position involves all aspects of managing an 800-acre fruit operation with skilled support staff.

- Possess working knowledge and experience with Word and Excel.

- Be capable of working a flexible schedule, as workload requires.
- Have relevant fruit growing experience.
- Be able to communicate in Spanish and English.
