- High school education or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- One to two years of related training and/or experience.
- Bi-lingual.
- Must be able to multi-task with the capability of handling several tasks at one time.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
- Must be computer literate with skills in Microsoft Excel and Word .
Language Skills:
Ability to follow oral and written directions; read, understand, track, and interpret company policies, procedures, regulations, and documents; ability to create business correspondence; excellent phone etiquette required.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, percent, and to create and interpret charts.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram and schedule form; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions; ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization may exist.

Work Environment:
The employee is required to work in a packinghouse setting which includes- but is not limited -to- packing, grading, cooling and office areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but the employee may be exposed to loud industrial equipment, machinery, moving mechanical parts, and vibration when perform the various job responsibilities.
- Review invoices for completeness and assign proper NP codes, and ensure they are given to NP department as required.
- Organize customer passings and bills of lading; forward to customers and the A/R department.
- Answer phones for the operations and sales department, direct calls, messages, emails, etc.
- Perform general office duties, which include filling, opening and distributing mail, all fed-ex incoming and out-going mail, voucher in Famous weekly package to FL, paid invoices, as well as back up to the Office Manager.
- Assist all guests when they enter the front office.
- Receive payroll and distribute to departments.
- Other projects and duties may be assigned at any time.
