We have an opening on our team for a Maintenance Supervisor in Monahans, TX.
As a Maintenance Supervisor you are responsible for supervising, installing, and maintaining, all greenhouse and packhouse structures, equipment and other parts to support the achievement of the facilities business goals and objectives.

Requirements:
- 10 years with Supervision, electrical, welding and other technical skills
- Must be Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
- High school Diploma and or Technical school education is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Show good leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with others in a team environment
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to exercise professional judgment and decision-making.
- Ability to lead by example for the other employees
- Ability to identify a problem and take the right steps to get the problem fixed in a timely matter
- Use advanced trade Mathematics together with complicated drawings, and specifications involving thorough technical skill and application of basic theory
- Lock out tag out, Electrical awareness
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Supervise, plan, record, all greenhouse and packhouse maintenance and repairs and make sure these tasks are done in a safe matter
- Daily inspections of equipment to avoid possible failures and or possible safety hazards (preventative maintenance)
- Improve and maintain maintenance programs for all existing and new equipment
- Create work sheets for preventative maintenance for the greenhouse and packhouse equipment and machinery
- Work together with all the departments to make sure that all potential safety hazards, maintenance requests are fixed in a timely matter.
- Help lower maintenance cost by sourcing improved, more efficient materials, and equipment to extend the life of equipment and machinery.
- Create working schedules for all maintenance workers to have more planned working hours and have more hours of maintenance support at the facility without increasing extra cost.
