Job Description:
We are in search of Sales Manager in the Visalia area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing the client base and increasing sales while maximizing returns. They will maintain a working relationship with the field and operations department to ensure sales execution. The Sales Manager will be required to travel as necessary in order to carry out their duties.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Daily interaction with customer base via phone and email
- Develop seasonal programs to meet specific customer needs
- Negotiate transactional pricing and delivery terms
- Gather and communicate market trends including pricing, demand, packaging
- Manage trade incentive programs
- Experience selling into retail channels
- Business development for new customers in all sales channels
- Monitor inventory and communicate to sales team in order to ensure fresh delivery to market
- Resolve claims with customers and maintain accounts receivable within company guidelines
- May be required to work weekends
- Ability to travel overnight up to 15% of the time
