Job Description:
Tom Lange Company has been building a Global Produce Network to provide a full-line of the finest fruits and vegetables available. Currently we are looking for a 3PL Logistics Sales Manager to join our team in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Position may require 25% travel.
- Operate and lead a team while producing independent results
- Lead a staff of new / existing truck brokers to profitability
- Manage relationships w/ existing customers & develop new and profitable customer base

All roles and responsibilities associated with a truck broker, which include but are not limited to:
- Cold-Calling
- Developing a strong network of carriers
- Coordinating, tracking and scheduling of shipments
- Investigating and resolving all claims in a timely manne

Qualifications:
- Must have Sales Experience with a proven sales track record
- Minimum of 2 years leading a team of transportation brokers
- Driven, Enthusiastic and Highly motivated with a can do attitude
- Current book of business
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with individuals, both written and verbally
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Understanding of 3PL software programs
- Familiarity with the produce industry a plus

SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS OVERVIEW
- Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm –Must be available after hours and weekends by cell phone and email
- Salaried position + Commission + Bonuses. Based on experience and results
