Job Description:
The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for conducting daily purchasing inventory management activities.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct packaging material physical inventory counts.
- Coordinate yard inventory activities and purchase order process.
- Facilitate incoming and outgoing product deliveries.
- Responsible for data entry.
- Obtain and maintain ETAs for open orders.
- Monitor all purchase orders and handle adjustments with vendors.
- Check shipments to ensure quality and quantity of purchased items.
- Liaison with the accounting department to reconcile invoices and purchase orders.
- Process proof of delivery requests.
- Participate in meetings with vendors under the guidance of purchasing supervisor and confer with
- them to provide them with requirements.
- Communicates directions and instructions, both verbally and in writing to customers and vendors
- when instructed or requested to do so.
- Present a professional image to customers in all interactions.
- Provide assistance to the Purchasing Supervisor and Purchasing team members.
Education:
- High School Diploma.
- 1-3 years' experience, administrative/clerical, purchasing, and accounting areas.
- Experience working with BOM's required.
- Ag industry experience a huge plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
