We are currently seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager.
Position Summary:
Define and implement policies and procedures. Hire, train, manage and evaluate maintenance staff. Plan, direct, and schedule facility and equipment maintenance, monitoring productivity and compliance to the procedure. Perform productivity and procedural analysis, reporting and implementing results in procedural strategy.

Submit and adhere to a yearly Field Maintenance Budget.

Oversee all aspect concerning the daily maintenance and repairs of Field Operations Equipment.

Manage shop staff (mechanics) to efficiently maintain and repair Field Operations Equipment.

Train shop staff in new technologies related to their duties as shop mechanics.

Work and communicate with all Field Operations personnel to facilitate timely completion of field tasks.

Resources and acquires new equipment through development and implementation of Farm equipment strategy, working with COR accounting and finance analysts to determine optimum equipment strategy.

Work closely and cooperatively with outside vendors to insure good service and reduced costs.
- Valid California Driver's License.
- Clean driving record.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in agriculture mechanics and/or equipment maintenance or manufacturing.
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience in an agriculture farm shop setting or similar experience.
- Ability to work varying hours, some weekends, and varying schedules.

Using this system, over a million Spanish and Greek varietal olive trees grow in hedge rows 570-670 trees per acre vs. traditional plantings of 100-150 trees per acre.
